We only manufacture nursing pins and nurse jewelry in precious materials like solid sterling silver and solid 14K gold, so general fine jewelry care is suggested. A polishing cloth or silver cleaner work great. Part of our lifetime warranty is free professional polishing anytime you want too!

Loved my 14K BSN pin! It's actually more beautiful in person. 9/10 in quality. Just a bit thin imo for the price. The N on the bottom bent upward a slight bit due to my seat belt the first day I wore it. The pin did meet my expectations. Great packaging and arrived in just a few days.
