We only manufacture nursing pins and nurse jewelry in precious materials like solid sterling silver and solid 14K gold, so general fine jewelry care is suggested. A polishing cloth or silver cleaner work great. Part of our lifetime warranty is free professional polishing anytime you want too!

The nursing pin is beyond expectations. The quality of the workmanship and material is excellent. The item was received much earlier than expected. I contacted the seller for information and he responded immediately. The recipient will not be given her pin for a few more weeks but we know that she will be as thrilled as we are.
