We only manufacture nursing pins and nurse jewelry in precious materials like solid sterling silver and solid 14K gold, so general fine jewelry care is suggested. A polishing cloth or silver cleaner work great. Part of our lifetime warranty is free professional polishing anytime you want too!

I already received this pin. I have been afraid to order from Etsy internationally as a couple of my orders have been lost in transit. But this pin arrived so fast! I haven't even looked at it as it came in such a pretty gift box and I didn't want to disturb the pretty gift box and ribbon. I just tucked it into my sister's Christmas gift. I couldn't find any pins for Physiotherapists so I am so grateful to have found one to gift her just after graduating!
